Overview

The Train the Trainer Certificate is a programme that gives both new and experienced trainers hands-on practice in using the skills needed to deliver effective training sessions to groups. The core of the programme is trainer input and student practice, but most of the final day is taken up with assessment. At the end of the programme successful students are awarded the Train The Trainer certificate.

Target Audience

The programme will be beneficial for both experienced trainers and those who are new to delivering training sessions to groups of individuals. It is not about content, i.e. learning to deliver a Basic Safety Course. It is about teaching training skills, which the trainer can then adapt to different topics. The programme that we deliver emphasises to students that the training being offered is about “Process and not content”

Anyone who wants to update their skills or review and practice training skills prior to delivering training in their own organisation would also benefit from the programme.
